Every HANARE journey is shaped around one party, from your client’s brief — never from a template. These three exist only to show our range in Tokyo — the rooms we can open, the pace we keep, the quiet we protect. Pricing and final design are shared with your agency.

4 nights · Tokyo

Tokyo, Off the Record

The city the guidebooks never reach. A private collection opened after closing. A sushi counter that keeps no public list. A tea room your clients enter only because we vouch for them.

Day 1

Private arrival. A chauffeured evening through the old shitamachi lanes, with the guide who stays with your clients all week.

Day 2

A landmark collection, held open for a private hour after the doors close. The afternoon belongs to a craftsman whose workshop has no sign.

Day 3

Tea with a master in his own room. After dark, a kaiseki house that sets one menu a night; the introduction is made in advance.

Day 4

Nothing is scheduled. A suite high over the city, and a departure on your clients' own clock.

5 nights · Tokyo & Hakone / Mt. Fuji

Tokyo & the Mountain

Two nights in the capital, then a car south to a ryokan in sight of Fuji. Onsen at dawn, kaiseki served in the room, a garden that is theirs alone.

Days 1–2

Tokyo at your clients' pace. A market morning with a chef, a private gallery, the tables this city does not list.

Day 3

A chauffeured transfer into the mountains. A ryokan of a dozen rooms; a hanare suite with its own open-air bath and the mountain in the window.

Day 4

A slow day between the water and the woods. A tea house in the afternoon, then dinner brought to the room, course by course.

Day 5

Back in Tokyo by noon. One last table, held.

5 nights · Tokyo & the coast

Tokyo, Edo to Now

From the temples of old Edo to the lines of the new city, with a day on the Kamakura coast where a great hall opens by the curator's own key.

Day 1

Arrival, and a dusk walk through a private garden with the curator who keeps it.

Day 2

Old Edo, by introduction. A temple before the gates open, a sword polisher at his bench, a sweet shop that still makes the shogun's recipe.

Day 3

The coast at Kamakura by private car. A hall unlocked for them alone; lunch where the kitchen cooks for a single table a day.

Day 4

The new Tokyo. A private architecture tour, a contemporary collection, an evening with a maker at the top of their craft.

Day 5

A composed final morning. The departure timed to the minute.
