One English-speaking team handles quotations, confirmations, documents and support during the trip. Nothing is forwarded to a third party, and you are never left waiting for another time zone.
Your margin, your price
You receive net rates and add your own margin, so your client sees one price, from you. Quotations are itemised and confirmations are written, on terms agreed once at onboarding. Settlement is in JPY for now; we will add other currencies as we grow.
Your brand in front
We work only with the trade. We run no consumer site that competes with you, and documents can carry your agency’s own name.

We hold the rooms, tables and introductions in person, and we stand behind every one. Your client meets a host who was expecting them and never learns our name.

Access
You receive your own portal account and access code. There are no shared logins, and access can be revoked at any time.
Brief
Submit a client brief and we respond with questions, a direction and then a documented proposal. You can onboard now and be ready on the day our registration completes.
