| Trade terms | Net rates, itemised quotations and written confirmations. Full terms are agreed with each agency at onboarding. HANARE has not launched yet, so these are the terms on which we will operate and not a record of past trading. |
| Consumption tax | Arrangement fees charged to overseas travel agencies are expected to qualify as export-exempt services under Japanese consumption tax rules. A Japanese tax adviser will confirm this treatment, and how it applies to each line of a quotation, before our first quotation. The confirmed treatment is stated on every quotation. |
| Data handling | Client names are not required at the briefing stage; we collect the minimum personal data needed to arrange travel. See our Privacy Policy. |
